Ok I don't feeling like doing more work, worked OUT over here. So instead I will tell you a little story about... me.
I have a pattern that I go through relating to the interenet, and I do it everyday. First I go to work, work is in the school's computer lab so basically I sit on my ass for a few hours doing homework, playing on the internet, chatting on AIM, and occasionally helping people print. When I get to work I first visit this website it's a donation type thing. You click once and help save land for big cats (tigers, leopards, jaguars) if you sign up for an account they keep track of how much land you've saved and you go through levels named after cats, lots of good stuff. I found this site sometime last year, so I'm pretty high up there on the levels and stuff. :) Then I usually follow the linkey trail and click on other sites. Help save the Rainforest/Praire/Wetlands, Pandas, and help stop Breast Cancer. I try to do it everyday so I feel a little better about myself, like I'm making a difference you know, it's small but it's something!
Then I go to theonering.net this really AWESOME Lord of the Rings site, I found it before FotR came out and just got addicted, they constantly update the news and most of my LotR trivia comes from here. I don't go there so much now since we're at a lull in between the next release, come Fall though I'll be all over it again. Now I'm starting to check out waitingforstarwars.com more and more, I like checking out the message board and seeing if they've added new pictures. The blond guy really likes to take close ups of his face, blankly starting at the camera and I think it's amusing!
Usually it's regular stuff after that, checking email/talking on AIM. Until I head on over to salon. Of course I found this site through TORn and became amazed. There are so many freakin' articles to check out! I feel more wordly after reading some of these, they make good convos too, trust me I'm a genius. This site comes in SUPER handy when used with salon too, or just in general, at least in my case. :D
Then after playing around at work I come back to my dorm and turn on the good 'ol lappy. The computer older and fussier than Father Time himself. That when I check my email again, and head on over to webshots for my daily photo! Sometimes there are good pictures, sometimes not, it's good because you choose and don't have to d/l them all. PLUS they have quotes and sometimes I like to copy those, who knows when I'll need them right? I d/led this one today and I made me damn hungry! But ahh the nature of the beast. Naturally, I check my blog all the time to see if Carrie has posted anything, and when I want to post something myself. For the most part that is my ritual though, what I basically do day in and day out with some exceptions. Interesting folk ain't I? ;) heh heh
