Yay for shopping and movies! I bought myself some more books, calendars, and some mangas. Plus clothes and Christmas presents I hadn't already bought for people at school. :) Then Mom and I went to see Something's Got To Give, pretty funny actually. Mom really liked it because it's about "older love", goofball. I just enjoyed laughing. We had to sit in the nosebleed rows though, the theatre was packed yesterday! Packed man!! That's alright, today who knows what will happen.

Ah Christmas... it's not done you know. There are still "other" little Christmases to go through. Granny's and Dad's. We'll see how each of those goes. But for the first and true Christmas Mom and I cooked up a late lunch with turkey and stuffing and some very good sweet potatoes. :) This was after waking up and opening presents, playing some Clue FX (oh yea!), and reading and lounging in front of the TV. The Clue FX was a family present and is very cool, I love Clue and this game talks to you! Very nice. Loads and loads of books are now mine, mostly fantasy ones with one about Faerie beliefs in the UK :}, Duran Duran's Greatest Hits hath returned to me! Along with White Stripes and Amelie, thank yous Carrie. Two Towers Extended Edition - bwah hahahahah! Clothes and a zip drive, calendars of all sorts and glorious colors. Traditional Christmas underwear, gotta love those Harman traditions! ;)

All the animals had a nice Christmas too. Lots of turkey to eat, wrapping paper to tear, and for Sparta as many bows as she pleases to toss and hunt after. She really loves those things, thinks she's a huntress she does. ^.^

what about goddess and queen almighty brandy? don't people get creative with their searching!? COME ON! Bleh.

I was watching Conan last night and he was doing a bit on the new Euros. Spain was "like Mexico without the diaherrea" and then Montenegro was "what are you laughing at monte-honky". Not exactly PC but I laughed, I needed a pick me up to help me get some sleep, which I promptly did.

I hate Christmas lists - because I give Momma ideas but don't know what she's getting from those, I went shopping with Granny so I know what she got me, I've got Justin getting me a gift certificate because it's easy and I can trust him with that. Amanda got me some good presents, she gave me the John CD that is oh sooo good! It's on repeat with Zooropa today. I saw your list on AIM but that was already done so I went out and got something sparked from my own genius for you. And we'll see how that pans out on Wed. ;) I talked to Dad this afternoon and he said he had ideas for me, which is cool and I'll probably like them.

The stuff I want is boring. CDs and books, very simple. The Amelie Soundtrack or Simply Irresistable Soundtrack. Duran Duran Greatest Hits or the first Natalie Imbruglia CDs because they mysteriously went missing even though no one except me likes them. Or if you're reading this and already have copies you can burn another for me and send it, my address is: . . . not being given out to the general public. Maybe my school one if I get emails because it's a PO Box. ;)

If you see any magazines with LOTR stuff on them, except Premiere. Or good stuff for collages. :D Bookcases are never refused nor calendars. And I've been looking for the book I'm with the band: confessions of a groupie by Pamela Des Barres for awhile. Just not super actively. Ah, it's a start eh? ;D tee hee

Mom and I got the tree up today. It looks good if I must and will say so. It has blue and white lights and no ornaments yet. It's a staged process, baby steps with lots of breaks for random other things like reading, watching TV, and eating. Sometimes just playing with the animals or coming online. You know.

I didn't take a piss break during the movie. You just can't drink anything beforehand, and pee as much as possible before sitting down for the movie. It can be done!

Ohio rocked! Plenty of snow and salt for everyone. I got to go to the Rock Hall and see my idols being worshipped. Yay for U2!! They should have exhibits for them everywhere, not just rock n roll museums. I mean everywhere. On the street especially. This exhibit ends this year though because it's the rotating one, so if you want to see them it has to be now! Or sooner...

Then today I saw Return of the King and I am more than ready to go again. It was so good, it never felt long even though it's over three hours. I seriously cried, there were some great scenes, I nabbed a few quotes. Then there were funny scenes and the Shelob scaring the balls outta me! She is a giant spider though, those things are damn scary. Really, really good. If anyone out there wants to see it and is going... invite me. :D The second and third times I always notice all this extra stuff. There's just so much to see, ahhh so good. Now I'm sad there won't be anymore.

Maybe we can have a festival for it every year and watch? How does that sound Carrie. We can dress up too!! Yes, that sounds very good to me. ;)

This is the last fall semester I got. Even though it blew at times, there's always memories. Especially ones from last Friday - which I'll tell you in person later. ;) I'm glad my stinky classes are over and that I'm heading home for a break but I'm too nostalgic I think. It's still a little bittersweet. Ahhh the hypocricy, I'll be bitching again by January. But for now! I will read about ROTK and day dream about cute Irish boys. The last week of classes. Ah the relief that will come after and not before! This is insanity, why are seniors made crazy like this? I don't remember other seniors being all stressed out and bitchy. Our class is going to kill itself. Just you wait and see.

I wish break would come faster, only so that I don't have to do my work all at once. It's like break should come without the work. Ya hear me? Everything by Friday, everything by Friday. And then finals? Gee... Thanks.

On the flip side either my vision is screwed or everything is just looking very clear and crisp. I like the cleaness. I'm not sleeping well, that or I'm just naturally tired for some reason that is evil. Maybe that has something to do with it.

The Return of the King premiered in New Zealand already, lucky buggers! We still have two more weeks. :( So cloooooose! That and going to Ohio are occupying my mind. Along with Christmas shopping, assignments, and sleep.
